Gosheni Adventures are committed to helping local community projects by donating food, equipments and financial help whenever possible. Part of our commitments is to raise the profile of the projects as much as possible.

We are fortunate to have Dr Nzela working with our team to promote healthcare and give medical assistance to those in great need. Dr Nzela has always reached medical help due to geography and lack of money.

A way for him to achieve his goals is to join our treks through the Maasai villages.

This means that while he is on hand to provide medical care to the trek participants, he can also treat villagers as the trek passes through. One of the biggest killers in the Maasai community is malaria.

We are hoping to organize visits to Maasai villages where Dr Nzela can be joined by a team nurses who can educate the local people on malaria prevention.

DR Nzela also makes regular visits to the two community projects we support – Ngarenairobi Orphanage and Roseline Primary School.

Both projects are filled with children in desperate need of help.
